My Answer The subject TREASURY-IRS form letters were dated 07-21-14 and 11-07-24, respectively. They both state that they were sent from Ogden, Utah, but with different spellings and abbreviations. The first “sent from” address reads, verbatim: 1973 N. Rulon White Blvd Ogden UT 84201 The second “sent from” address reads, verbatim: Ogden Utah, 84201 Both letters state that they were sent by a Mr. Layne Carver, Operations Manager, Examination. Both letters were not sent to my current address, but rather an old address at which I did not reside, have not resided for over a year and a half (at the time the letters are dated) and do not currently reside. On 01-08-13 my “mail receiving” address was officially changed with and by the United States Postal Service. About Mr. Layne Carver, the Republic of Utah’s State Bar does not show him as either an attorney or licensed attorney, yet he is practicing law when he offensively moved against me – as he and ALL TREASURY AND IRS heads have done here. According to The Republic of Utah’s State Bar, there is only one “Carver” licensed to practice tax law against me or anyone else.
