0_o By Janeen K. I know our line of work has tons of bs and crap on a daily basis but I just thought Id share some encouraging news. We got a letter from corporate forwarding a letter one of our guests wrote, it was basically saying how this man came in and was having his last meal because he was going to kill himself that day. Just had a rough life and he was tired of it. He states that one of our servers gave him such sincere and awesome service that her smile and sincerity made him change his mind. Definitely not youre typical the food was great and the service was better kind of letter. This meant a lot and actually made me see how my job isnt only about serving food and dealing with many bs situations, we sometimes are the only interaction with some people. I just say serve your food with a smile and sincerity, u never know whos life youre helping to save. Hope this brings a little encouragement and happiness to your day. : ))
