+1 - tried to do this upside down (handstand) but it didnt last too long +2 - a friend who stopped by unexpectedly and had a great conversation +5 - I am really enjoying sending out Christmas cards this year, so much to say and be grateful for - it is usually a daunting task and not at all this year +1 - feeling oddly peaceful despite a busy day =9/? (this total seems difficult to calculate out and I may stop as it doesnt feel right)
