1/2/15 Todays question, this may be a stupid one, but I have to ask. My Bryan thinks it is the funniest thing in the world to, fart, excuse my language. The louder the better! He is 13 so we do have him, trained, learned, whatever you want to call it, to only do it at home and only in the bathroom, but he will leave the door open so we can hear him because he thinks its funny. I know it is harmless and we have made great progress because he use to do it anywhere and eventually I am sure we will het him to close the door and understand that is some thing you do in private, but is this normal for an asd child? Keep in mind he is more like a 7 year old. I even mentioned to hubby last night, other than when he was a baby with a bottle, I have never, ever heard Bryan burp! It all comes out the other end, and a lot! I mean this child is one big gas bucket. I shouldnt mention this, but this child also poops a lot! Several times a day, and very loud, which he thinks is very funny as well. Maybe it is just a boy thing. Does your child do anything unusual like this?
