1/21/15.... ORION 2....AKA : LITTLE O.. FINALLY TRAPPED !!!!!.. Sometimes we have to resort to anything and everything to get a trap savvy cat into the trap...Thank you AMY CAVANAUGH for your help..LITTLE O is one of the last untrapped cats in Amys colony..She has been slowwwwlly luring him into an empty apartment near where the Colony resides to eat....Yesterday,he went all the way in,but freaked out when she tried to put him into a carrier...THIS is a lesson for people new to trapping...Do Not EVER assume ANY free roaming ,community cat is totally friendly...Feeding them,and getting near them is one thing...When they feel they are in danger,watch out ...Luckilly,Amy was able to get LITTLE O into an empty room and call me...I set up 4 traps for him and we left him ...This morning when I got there he was in trap # 3 ....The room was empty so minimal damage occurred...Only some wrecked window blinds...LITTLE O is at EastCoast Spay Clinic and will return a new cat....Im pretty sure Amys Sumner Ave.Colony is totally spayed and neutered...
