1/8/15 11:07pm Donny update; Donny is making a very pace of improvement. He was taken of three meds varsed, lasix, levophed for blood pressure and went up on the fentanyl. After about 4 hours his blood pressure slowly went down, so they started the levophed back up on a very low dose. Then they noticed he was not putting out much urine due the low blood pressure so they started the lasix back up. Donny have retained about 20 pounds of fluid on his body. They fentanyl has been lowered some, but he is still out. In my opinion they took to much off at once. His fever is down to 99.1 and they are able suction the some of the gunk out of his lungs. Today has been a quite day. I am ready to hear his voice and him to answer his crazy phone for a while. He opens his eyes but does focus on any thing. Just a blank stare. I know he would have complained about how cold it is outside, I think it is wonderful. Night my friends.
