1,991 comments _____ he had told Mr Lasso to get off his property and not come on unless he had a warrant, re: the attacking dogs. My comment: this was NOT Mr. Lasso, as spelled out as Mister Lasso, but Officer Lasso, of the word Mister is that of master supposed to be over the servant. Was there a BEWARE OF DOG sign? The phrase of to get off his property means he was already on the property and told thus told not to re-turn unless he had a warrant. So the dogs what? then attacked? How fast or slow did this officer TRY to back up, or did he? Maybe he was there arguing with the landowner for #x minutes? An assault is a pre-liminary attack, of before the threshold. The dogs thus ON the owners property did not attack, they merely defended their turf from an intruder who what? could not get it through his thick skull of from the landowner to get off fast enough and so he died as a result of the owner protecting his dogs from being shot with what he thought was a real gun with bullets? Life, liberty and property are to be protected by COPS, not taken away, of the dogs were the property of the landowner who owned them of the dog owner, of the key word is owner, of the owner of the space too, that when COPS invade that space they do so to their detriment when told to leave and dont. The landowner has a RIGHT to protect the lives of his animals from humans who have in fact gone berserk of like a dog with rabies. To shoot to wound is the plan, but sometimes goes further of now hes dead. I remember reading years ago of some ancient warrior who defended his land with his sword. Hed cut off pieces of his hair and throw them up into the air. Then went to further cut them into smaller pieces by waving his sword around ON his property that if the invaders came in, they were not killed or murdered, but just happened to have been in the way of the cutting. So like a warning shot to what? the legs? missed and hit his heart? When will COPS learn to respect NO TRESPASSING signs and the voice of their employers?
