1. As part of the CIC Trg Org continuing effort to ensure life-long learning, the course content for all the CIC DL Courses is now available through self-enrolment within the Defence Learning Network (DLN). These course offerings are for professional development purposes only, and do not contain the tasks or assessments from the full current DL courses. Any CIC member can self enrol and then review the course content at anytime. This is very valuable as a refresher for students prior to attending the In-House phase of their training. This also provides a good opportunity for Corps/Sqn COs to accurately brief their student(s) about the course(s) before being nominated for training. 2. After accessing the DLN follow the Job Aid to self-enrol for these courses. The Job Aid is also available in the “CIC Learning Community” within the DLN. As part of the self-enrolment you will receive an email from the AFILE-DLN system notifying you of your course registration. 3. Members can access the DLN on the internet at https://dln-rad.forces.gc.ca/login . For members who have never used the DLN select “Forgot Your Password” and in the User Name enter your service number. Members should receive an email with a temporary password. If no email is received within 24 hrs, please contact the CIC DL Help Desk (see para 4). 4. Any questions regarding accessing “Offline” CIC DL Courses can be addressed to [email protected]
