1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION AND ENTRY PERIOD: N-Hance Kitchen Face Lift starts on Sept 15th at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on October 12th at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). This is a contest where entrants (“Entrant”) are asked to submit a “Contest Entry” composed through the submission of posting a photo of their kitchen and a 200-word explanation on why they are in need of a kitchen cabinet renewal. Eligible Entries (as defined below) will be posted on the N-Hance Wood Renewal Facebook page during the predetermined voting period for public voting for the selection of one (1) “Prize Winner” who will win the “Prize” of N-Hance kitchen cabinet Renewal, Color Shift, or Color Change totaling a value of up to $2000. This “Prize Winner” is defined as the person who receives the highest number of votes on a submitted picture, text, or other content electronically uploaded to the Contest on the N-Hance Wood Renewal Facebook page. If the entry with the highest number of votes is deemed ineligible for N-Hance Cabinet Renewal, due to: cabinet damage, incompatible cabinet material, residing in an un-serviced area, or other factors as determined by N-Hance, Inc. the entry with the second highest number of votes will be selected as the “Prize Winner”. 2. The Prize Winner will be chosen on or before October 31, 2013 and contacted by N-Hance, Inc. as per Contest rules. Only the Prize Winner will be contacted personally. 3. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. 4. There will be no substitutes or cash alternatives for the Prize. 5. The Prize is to be collected by the Contest Entrant. N-Hance Cabinet Renewal will be performed on the kitchen depicted in the photo submission. N-Hance, Inc. will connect Prize Winner with local N-Hance Service Provider for prize redemption. 6. CONTEST ELIGIBILITY/ELIGIBLE ENTRY: The Contest is open only to residents of the United States. ENTRANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MAY SUBMIT ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND CONSENT OF A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN. A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN THE CONTEST IF THEIR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN PROVIDES WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE ENTRY AND EXECUTES REQUESTED RELEASES AND/OR AGREEMENTS COFIRMING THEIR CONSENT AND APPROVAL OF THE MINOR’S PARTICIPATION AND THE USE OF THE MINOR’S NAME AND/OR IMAGE IN SPONSOR’S MARKETING MATERIALS. Any Entry that contains nudity, coarse language, violence or any type of offensive material is strictly prohibited. This type of submission is deemed ineligible, and will be immediately removed from the N-Hance Wood Renewal Facebook page. 7. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND NO ENTRY FEE TO PARTICIPATE OR TO WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Only one Eligible Entry, per Household, will be considered an Eligible Entry in the Contest. If an Entrant submits multiple Entries, the Entry with the highest quantity of votes will be deemed the Eligible Entry for the Entrant. Multiple Entries will not be added to the total vote count for the Entrant, nor will multiple Entries increase the chances of winning. An Eligible Entry (described above) must be submitted through means of electronic upload of text and photo to the Contest on the N-Hance Wood Renewal Facebook Page. This Contest is not open to employees, contractors, vendors, or subsidiaries of N-Hance Wood Renewal or any person(s) directly or indirectly involved in the organization or running of the competition, or their direct family members. 8. N-Hance Wood Renewal reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control. 9. In the event of a tie, N-Hance Wood Renewal reserves the right to select the winner. 10. The Prize Winner will be notified of his/her win via email or Facebook. An announcement will then be made on the N-Hance Wood Renewal Facebook Page. 11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. 12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
