This witness was the only witness to say anything close to Darren Wilsons recount of events, despite the fact that this witness changed their story and couldnt recall crucial points, such as the exact movements Mike Brown made. Their initial recount of events, Witness #10 claimed they were 100 yards away, and that Mike Brown and his friend were walking on the same sidewalk as them. McCollough claims Wilson never stood above Mike Browns body, despite countless pictures on the internet contradicting this statement. 4. McCollough pointed out inconsistencies, but none of the following: - Wilson washed away blood evidence - The first officer to interview Wilson failed to take any notes - Investigators failed to measure the distance between Mike Browns body and the police SUV - Investigators did not test Wilsons gun for fingerprints - Wilson did not immediately turn in his weapon over to investigators after killing Mike Brown - An initial interview with investigators was delayed as Wilson traveled to the hospital with his superiors - Wilsons initial interview with the detective conflicts with information given in later testimony - The cigarillos Mike Brown had allegedly stolen are nowhere to be found #DecidedFromTheStart
