1. Do they use the CDMechanism under the CO2e Certificate Emission - TopicsExpress

1. Do they use the CDMechanism under the CO2e Certificate Emission Trading System to finance part of this? 2. A family without electricity, misses out on a lot of opportunities, has lower revenues, so contributes virtually nothing in taxes. It is likely this investment will pay itself back to the gvt. via increased tax revenues. Are there any formulas/data on by how much tax revenues increase when a family all of a sudden has x kWh of electricity/month at their disposal? 3. Building upon the 2. : this must be especially true because of the 100% OLPC – One Laptop Per Child deployment in Peru: every kid has such a rugged green laptop that is designed allowing to be charged by PV. So now every kid/family will have a fully working wifi enabled laptop at home as soon as the kids are back from school. The project counts upon the fact that kids also lift-up the whole family to a higher level as kids are teachers to parents and they use their XO laptops for that. Again: Are there any formulas/data on by how much tax revenues increase when a family all of a sudden has a laptop / access to data at their disposal? Imagine you grow crops or you make stuff and you depend on intermediaries to sell the product to the final customer. And all of a sudden thanks to your kids computer, you can read on the internet the real value customers are ready to pay and you find out the intermediary has been exploiting your impossibility to have access to the correct data. Your revenues can all of a sudden increase by some 100% or more, so you can invest more, add more value to your land/region, and that also translates in higher contribution of taxes. So anybody with such data?
