1. Forensic audit should be done on all the government officials who had Public contact or in Public works or in Revenue/ Enforcement Departments and all Civil servants, all politicians starting from Panchayat member to Ministers and their P.A.s whether they are presently in service or retired along with their close relatives and associates and servants, top 100 Big business men in each major town. Now a lot of data has been gathered by IT department on 6 important criteria(AIR) and they will be tracked with the property declarations submitted and Income Tax returns submitted and other documents. As they are all put together numbering to few lakhs, they can be subject to Investigation/Forensic audit to unearth a lot of black money. 2. Strengthening the Check posts and cover all various alternative entry routes available for all major Towns and Cities so that the Black Trade will be curtailed. 3. Curtailing Black marketing and Hoarding. 4. Cancelling 500 and 1000 denomination notes presently in circulation and introducing new Currency in their place. 5. Take details of all bank lockers of above certain size and ask them to open them in the presence of IT officials and correlate with their Income Tax returns or Stock registers. 6.Revisiting all the D.T.A.A agreements and strengthening with anti Money Laundering measures and with a clause for exchange of information between all the Nations and in particular with Tax Heavens. 7. Re survey of Land and Property holdings in all major Cities and Towns and upto 100 K.Ms radius to them and comparing them with I.T. returns and with other declarations submitted to Government Agencies.
