#1 Foxy Shazam- Gonzo This one is very sad for me. Their self titled album is one of my favorite albums of all time and while I understand and appreciate trying to break form and do something anti-the-system... this one just fell very flat for me. When you go from being on a major label and having all the pizzaz and flair of old foxy shazam to independently releasing for free a tired feeling self made blandness that is so contrary to what earned you your fame, the point that you were attempting to make against the system comes across more like a confirmation that you were a successful product of the system who needed the system after all. Im not happy that they have currently disbanded, but at this point Im sadly not very sad about it either.
