1.Given the Sentence does it END here? Indian Judiciary still lacks the credibility as it provides loops for appealing in the upper courts even in a clear and out cases. 2.Why Maximum punishment only in rarest of rare cases and why not in other cases? This gives a wrong opinion that to an extent these heinous crimes are acceptable. 3.What about inaction of people who kept watching when they were thrown out of a moving bus. 4.What is the use even if a fast track court takes 9 months in a clear case to give verdict? Felling that this will be a strong statement to the criminals out there then God save us! This Judgement based on Rarest Of Rare case will not help in checking such cases.
