HR Specialist ( Union Group ) Union Group Job Description Recruitment,Training and Organization Development Generate and establish Key performance indicators for all position that directly affect the company critical successful factors and thus develop the company balance scorecard perspectives with guidance of senior OD specialist. Develop the HR policies and procedures guide to be clear to the employees and integrate it with succession plan with guidance of senior OD specialist. Coordinate the internal Communication to ensure full compliance for all HR processes with guidance of senior OD specialist. Follow up with the senior training specialists on financial matters of training providers to facilitate the process and ensure proper work operation. Follow up with recruitment specialist on probation period status for the newly hired employees to ensure timeliness with guidance of senior recruitment specialist. Conduct Exit interview to identify factors which harmful the employees in their jobs with guidance of senior training specialist. Analyze data received from training evaluation surveys to find out training quality and ensure it is aligned with training quality standards with guidance of senior training specialist. Implement newly hired orientation programs to ensure their full awareness with job description, career bath, and company lines of business, policies and procedures, company vision and mission with guidance of senior training specialist. Job Qualification University degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 1 - 2 years experience in the Human Resources field. HR Diploma is more preferable. Very good command of English language written and spoken Very Good organization and ability to work under pressure and deadlines. [email protected]
