The first day numbers are in the league of films like Himesh Reshamiyas The Xpose. Need I say more? What happened to all the so-called #FawadFever in India? Turns out it was all but a hoax as the first day figures of 2.74 are beyond disastrous. Also all the people who call Sonam unlucky here is some news for you. #Khoobsurat has the honor of being the biggest flop for Sonams career!!! All her films that have flopped have had way better first day figures compared to this disaster.( Barring Bewakoofiyan which is almost the same as Khoobsurat).But in terms of the investment and pre-release buzz and expectations this is for sure the flop of the year! Hence looks like Fawad is the unlucky one here. The film in theory had everything going in its favor. Great music, remake factor, talented cast, lots of promotional buzz, but looks like Fawads luck didnt work for him. #FawadFever #RIP #CareerDead #WelcomeBack #PakistanAjao #RuleTheTvWorldHere P.Sc On a positive note the film is doing amazing at the Pakistani box-office! Not as amazing as the Dhoom and Kicks but doing well nonetheless. P.P.S And here I was thinking that we had finally had a successful export and the film might touch the magical 100 crore( I mean the popularity of Fawad which was being projected by the media was unbelievable). Now even a 40 crore lifetime figure seems like a far stretch :/
