1. Its not about HAVING time its about MAKING time. If somebody can find an hour a day to watch TV they can find thirty minutes to train. 2. Its not about HAVING the money, its about FINDING the money. £10 per week will get one a good gym membership... Thats 70p a day! (Or go run, or do Bodyweight circuits in the lounge, or.... Or..... Or.....!) 3. Our moms and dads did NOT pass on non-workout capability genetics at birth.... 4. We are NOT less capable because were one day older than yesterday.... 5. Just because the media assaults us with THEIR interpretation of what a good body is does not mean that is the BEST VERSION OF YOUR BODY! 6. The healthy choices at the supermarket are right next to the unhealthy ones. Its NOT harder to eat better.... 7. Just because somebody likes your pot belly/curves/layer does NOT mean thats healthy or good for your long term wellness! 8. TOMORROW will have no more hours than today. Why wait? Just do it. Then do it again.... And again... You will grow to LOVE exercise when its a daily habit, not a chore. 😊
