1. Just after a bit if advice. My DD is 7 months old. She is breastfed and has 3x meals per day. She is also fed to sleep and it has been working very well for us. Recently she has been refusing breast milk, whether it is from the breast or bottle. She will suck on me for comfort but the moment she tastes breast milk she pulls off, refuses to go back on and cries out. So I have been giving her a bottle of formula before she goes down to sleep which she seems to love! Any advice on what could be causing her to suddenly dislike for breast milk? She is normally a great feeder and sleeps really well! And also any tips on how to overcome the guilt I feel about giving her formula (I dont mind giving it to her, Im not against it at all I just feel guilty because of the stigma I SHOULD be breastfeeding). 2. I am in Brisbane and have about 6 garbage bags full of girls clothes that I would like to donate. I dont want to donate to any organisations that will make money from them. Does anyone know of any womens shelters or organisations who can take these clothes and give them to mothers and children in need? 3. looking for a good room thermometer, any suggestions? 4. After feedback on parents who hired a baby capsule. In particular families who had a newborn and a toddler and a capsule that didnt clip into the pram. 5. How much did other mums spend on a decent breast pump? 6. Has anyone elses baby had problems with Heinz brand baby food? My 9 month old can eat anything homemade, or other commercial baby foods with no issue. But if I feed him any of the Heinz jars he has a very upset tummy, with painful wind followed by explosive poos. The ingredients are foods he eats regularly, and I always check the best before and safety seal. Is there an additive or preservative Heinz uses that I should be checking other foods for? Ive had bub checked by a doctor and no medical concerns. 7. what do people do to get their bubs to smile?
