1. Just wondering what formulas people have put their breast fed babies on. I was advised by the child and family nurse to use a plain formula (no gold etc) and have tried one tonight and my lo didnt seem to enjoy it. Scrunched his face up and spat it out. I know that I need to persist and that he will not like formula straight away but wondering what others have had success with. Thanks 2. I had a forceps delivery 12 weeks ago and have been told that my episiotomy has not been stitched properly and will most likely need to be revised. I have a section of the cut which remains open and has been infected and have been in substantial pain since birth.
