KENTUCKY CONSTITUTION AND EDUCATION MUST CHANGE; KENTUCKY HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE AN EFFECIENT EDUCATION FOR THE COMMON SCHOOLS; KENTUCKY SCHOOLS DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PRIVATE OR RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS; THEREFORE THEIR CONSTITUTION FORBIDS THE FREE EXERCISE OF RELIGION THROUGH TAXATION FOR FREE PUBLIC SCHOOLS!!!ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Education,_Kentucky_Constitution 2. KENTUCKY CONSTITUTION DOES NOT MANDATE HOW PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE RUN. PARENTS MUST RUN PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND SHOULD BE OPERATED INDEPENDENT OF STATE AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT; OTHERWISE WE HAVE THE STATE EDUCATING OUR KIDS BASED UPON WHAT THEY SAY IS EDUCATION AND WHAT IS NOT. 3. FREE EDUCATION IS NOT FREE; PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE RUN BY THE TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND TEACHER UNIONS. PARENTS SHOULD BE RUNNING THE SCHOOL BOARDS. WHY ARE THEIR SECRET MEETINGS BETWEEN THE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE UNIONS BEING HELD??? 4. WHO IS NOT BEING SERVED IN THE KENTUCKY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM; With A Stacked Deck In Favor of Teachers and Administrators that OUT NUMBER THE PARENTS?? NOW ADD THE TEACHER UNIONS THAT PROTECT THE TEACHERS TO THE DECK AND WE KNOW DARN WELL THAT THE CHILDREN AND PARENTS ARE THE LEAST REPRESENTED AND ARE NOT BEING SERVED IN KENTUCKY. THIS IS WHY WE MUST REFORM KENTUCKY STATE SCHOOL LAW BEFORE WE WILL SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT IN THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION. Who Is Not Being Served in Kentucky Public schools? Parents and children who have a heart for God and want a better education for their kids. Schools should never discourage religion or missions for the church. If the kids want to raise money for a mission for their class project, no administrator should discourage or forbid it. They should never discourage participation of religion in education. 6. WE PAY TAXES FOR A PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM THAT NO LONGER SERVES ITS INTENDED PURPOSE BUT SERVES A SYSTEM THAT FAVORS TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND TEACHER UNIONS. 7. TAKE A LOOK AT WHO SERVES ON THE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY SCHOOL BOARD A BLUE RIBBON SCHOOL..PARENTS, PARENTS, PARENTS, PARENTS THAT HAVE A HEART FOR GOD! caschools.us/board-of-directors HOW CAN WE REFORM THE SCHOOL SYSTEM IN KENTUCKY AND TO DISTRIBUTE FAIRLY THE TAX MONEY TO EDUCATE CHILDREN??? 1. We need more opportunities to educate our children that can be run by independent school districts, chartered schools, and non denominational schools. 2. We need a school tax system law that distributes and supports schools that meet the minimum standards of education and that does not discriminate against religious or private schools. 2. Such schools are already do through the state accreditation can be run independently. 3. Such schools can run independent of the state and federal government and can set up educational programs that are self funded through the parents and private donations. 4. Schools should be able to offer a Christian education but operate as non denominational school and that does not aid a church. 5. Schools have a board of directors that is made up on parents that have children that attend their school and have stakeholders that have a direct relationship with that school. 6. Schools compete based upon performance and school programs. PARENTS IN KENTUCKY WANT A BETTER EDUCATION FOR THEIR KIDS WHICH IS WHY WE MUST NOT RENEW THE UNION CONTRACT. TO RENEW FAILURE AND THE RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT THAT STRAIGHT JACKETS SCHOOLS AND STATES FROM IMPROVING EDUCATION IS A BIG MISTAKE.
