1.KISSING TO GREAT MUSIC! Keep It Super Simple and watch your classes grow! When: Saturday 24th August 2013, 1pm – 4.30pm Duration: 3.5 hrs Where: The Beautiful Upstairs Studio at Pioneer Stadium Photo on right: Riki Clark Presenter. Join us for a look at what some of the winning, yet very simple, characteristics of dance classes are and see how they can be incorporated into any group fitness to music class from step to Seniors. Get wads of ideas and walk away inspired and invigorated. a) Muscle and Bone: Super simple moves used by dancers in their warm ups and training. Enormously fun and achievable by everyone, led by a one of the dance industries experts Paul Young. b) Intro to Hip Hop: If you don’t like Hip Hop, don’t be turned off. These primarily low impact moves will reveal to all instructors principles and ideas about a teaching technique that is hugely popular, particularly among Maori and Pacific Islanders and which can be incorporated into all styles of classes and we guarantee you will dance away with some new moves.
