The project partners here would be the organisation “Zuhause in Brandenburg e.V.” and the “Initiative Neu in Schwedt” (zuhause-in-brandenburg.de/blog/ and neu-in-schwedt.de/- sorry, but the webpages are just in German so far). Both groups help young people, especially those, who just moved to the region, to find other people in the same age, to socialise in a peer group and build a leisure, but also career network. We are especially looking for an exchange with other organisations/ young people who are also from areas in the countryside or smaller cities (my city – Schwedt – has some more than 30.000 inhabitants).
