1. Murkomen is a disgrace to the whole profession of law. Law professions, standing anywhere make substantial concrete arguements touching on issues being raised, never dwell on epithets. His is just but more of an arguement a pokot herder in Kapedo will make. 2. He is a misrepresention of law, law graduates and UoN. In no time or way should anyone use him to demonstrate the kind of brains out of UoN School of Law. 3. Being in govt, or senator or MP should never make anyone overestimate his abilities, and more importantly intellectual abilities. Esp when you rose to the position thru pure psycophancy and not on merit. 4. If you cant make tough convincing arguement behind the keyboard then if cought one-on-one youll be in trouble. Prof. Makau Mutua one-on-one with Murkomen will reduce him to look like a kid struggling academically to get through primary school. 5. Pick your enemies/opponents wisely. Ignore heavyweights coz mostly are on their own league. From opposition, Murkomen should attempt Midowo and likes.
