1. My 2 year old dd isnt great at drinking water. We rarely offer Amber anything other than water and milk but she wont drink much water. I have tried fun new water bottles, cups, even a slight bit of juice added to change the taste, adding ice, or just giving ice as she loves it and she is constantly on the move and running around everywhere. I dont feel she is currently dehydrated, just want to prevent any issues. Its so hot with temps in mid 30s and very humid that I need her to drink more. What can I do. 2. Our 19mo has high anxiety issues. He gets more than enough love and attention from those around, especially me. But when I leave the room, even for a min, he breaks down into hysterics. Even if daddy is there. Otherwise hes a very smart and independent toddler. How did other mums combat anxiety?
