Any ideas would be great. 4. I have a 5month old bub who is a reasonably settled bub a lot of the time. He is fully breast fed, but my issue is he seems quite hungry late arvo and night and is waking every hour or two overnight...In the last two weeks I have started him on sweet potato around 4-5pm and that hasnt helped him sleep any better. If he was my first bub I would just ride it out, but I have a 3.5yo and a 2yo and feel Im sooo tired all the time with less patience with my older children. i know he will eventually grow out of it but wish I could get at least a 3-4 hour chunk of sleep every night. Ive had people say that I should try to give him formula for the last feed at night to see if that helps. I guess Im worried giving formula will upset my supply but also worried it does get low late arvos/nights and worried bub IS actually hungry or maybe just having a growth spurt? Anyone have any advice what I should do? Thanks 5. Just wondering if anyone has experiences regarding the Angelcare baby monitors and false alarming. We have the AC1100 model in the cot. Weve set it up as per instructions with a wooden board underneath because its a slat based cot. When I put the baby down in the cot it generally starts of detecting movement/breathing but after a while it false alarms. The main reason I wanted the monitor was for the movement alarm not for the listening function as we can hear bub easily. 6. I had a very nasty 4th degree tear & now Dr advised I require more surgery to fix it. My DS is 5mths & I demand BF. I will be in hospital for up to 3 days & nights- Im extremely upset as I dont know how I & baby will cope. I asked Dr & he said try get him to take bottle. But easier said then done- I have tried every single bottle/teat known to man & he wont take formula either! He also comfort sucks & I BF him to sleep. (Which I dont mind doing) does anyone have any experiences they can share? Any ideas on what I can do to help relieve my nerves?!? & how can I help him to get use to the bottle while Im away? 7. Just wondering who has had their babys cord blood banked and if they have ever had to use it?
