... 1 Olympic Lifting session; 40 minutes; 1 new technique; 1 happy camper! ... Been in StruggleTown recently with my lifting - in that I knew I wasnt getting my form right and knew what I needed to do, but was having a clear disconnect between brain and body on just how to make it work. Backed up tonights class straight into an Oly class with the sole intention of lighter technical work - and came away feeling much more confident, and feeling like my barbell-mojo is back again!... Ended up working to 95% of current 1 rep max over 2 sets of 3, with it feeling like I had wayyyy more room to move. The words Add more weight; youre doing it too easy have never sounded sweeter :D 💪
