1 Peter 2:9-10 The Message 9-10 But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you—from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted. This is why I talk about my Lord. This is why I praise Him for everything He has done. Even when I am in the middle of the storm, when Im in the middle of the battle, when Im in an all out war, through every trial, test, and temptation, this is why I can still sing, this is why I can still dance, this is why I can still preach. You see, I have tasted love, tasted hope, tasted holiness. This is why I do the things I do. He has brought me out of the miry clay and set my feet on a rock to stay. He has brought me out of darkness into His marvelous light. You dont know like I know what Hes done for me. You dont know like I know how He set me free. He has made a difference in my life, and now I am allowed to make a difference in yours. So, pardon me if I offend, when I speak of my Lord Jesus Christ, but I just cant stop praising His name, and I just dont think I could ever stop!!!
