1 Quick and Dirty Sandbag Workout (I did this after a heavy pressing and pull up session--a great metabolic finisher to my workout today): 8 x overhead press 8 x front squat 8 x bent over row 8 x deadlift Prescription: Put fifteen minutes on the clock, and get in as many rounds as you can with impeccable good form. Weight: Use a weight that is around your 10-12 rep max for the overhead press. This, of course, can also be done with two kettlebells. The sandbag simply offers an different but interesting stability challenge (this is a new toy for me, so Im still getting used to it, but enjoying it thoroughly).
