1 ROOM MATE NEEDED Three handsome young men and two beautiful young women are looking for one more person (any gender) to live with next year in our 6 bedroom dream house. The house is in a prime location right near the intersection of Glenridge and Glendale. There is a bus stop literally on the end of the driveway, where buses arrive every 20 minutes. It has a good sized backyard with a shed for storage, and soon to be a trampoline. There are two floors, each with its own bathroom (both have showers), kitchen, and three bedrooms. All bedrooms are a good size, able to easily fit a queen sized bed+, a dresser, a desk for studying, and whatever else you might need. The upstairs also has a good sized living room for chill time, and a dining room. Most furniture and accessories will be included. - Rent: $450 / month - 12 month lease (May to May). - Utilities included, except for cable. - Three able bodied men to do any required physical labour. - Two women adept at cooking and folding laundry. - Foosball / Air hockey table. - Trampoline. - Friendship Were all hard working students, but we also like to get considerably turnt once in a while.
