1. THE GOSPEL WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER. In John 3:3, Jesus said, “I’ll tell you the truth, no one can see the ....kingdom.. of ..God.... unless he is born again. “In 2 Corinthians 5:17, the apostle Paul stated the same principle in different words: “if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” What is bring said here is that for all of us who are hoping to be with God our creator we need to put the old nature in the burial ground-• Romans 6:4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. That new live which Paul is referring to here is that live that will give us POWER to become Son and daughters of our creator: John 1:12-14 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” I will also let you know that there is no other but the bible, the word of Jesus Christ through is servants inform us that outside of His word we cannot live in dominion over our difficulties unless we adherent to His live changing messages. Later I will expose to us a little of the life of Saul , who after had an experience with his creator while thinking before then that he was doing God’s will come in contact with the living God that not only did his method of thinking changed, but his name also changed to The Apostle Paul. As we were on the topic of wine we will now refer back to the book of Ezra. Ezra was a prophet-a prophet is either a person who speak the word of God, and or one who make prediction while announcing name of “Elohim, Yahweh or Jehovah”, in other words one who gets what we call a Rhema a direct word from the Most High God right into your spirit to the intended person, or persons. Now let us take a read from the prophet Ezra. Ezra 9:9 “Though we are slaves, our God has not deserted us in our bondage. He has shown us kindness in the sight of the kings of ....Persia....: He has granted us new life to rebuild the house of our God and repair its ruins, and he has given us a wall of protection in ....Judah.... and ....Jerusalem..... What was to take place here was a rebuilding of Jerusalem, but before Nehemiah could have unity of the people he had to have to at a state of mind where they would know without doubt that it is Gods will for them to rebuild, therefore, Nehemiah over-stood that there must be change from the old wineskin, to a new wineskin. This is why he had to call on Ezra that, Ezra could pour the word of God into their spirit, that they may realize that it is not on there own will that matters but the will and purpose of God for their lives. Whenever, God wants to move in a nation, what He always do is prepare someone, calling them out of whatever there were doing that He may have their total attention as to when He need to give them the instruction they need to be effective with the massage they must deliver to that particular group of people. We all know how difficult to give strong message from God to your own people, just how it was very difficult for the Messiah, Jesus The Christ to be received by His own. The other person in mind was the prophet Amos. It should be noted that Amos was the only person to by call of God as a prophet who did not have a prophetic or priestly lineage. His task was similar to that of Ezra whose message was to inform Gods people that they who were living in exile need to relearn the ways of the God of Jacob, Isaac, and Abraham that ....Israel.... will be rebuilt. If we would take a read of Amos ..9:14.., which reads as follows, I will bring back my exiled people ....Israel....; they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit., and after Amos was done with his task which God called him to deliver he had return to is regular work as a herder/farmer. As Amos and many others who had came after Him, if we today would just take some good quality time to hear the voice of the Almighty creator and time to take heed to His words from the prophet Jeremiah wrote these word of the Lord God, “ For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’. the prophet Jeremiah also went on to say these words, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’. Therefore, my friends in Christ grab hold of the unchanging word of the Host High God and know without a doubt that His word in the only which has the POWER to make a life changing impact in your we of thinking, and I’m not just merely talking about change of mind. What I’m talking about is just as the word of God state in the book of Romans 12: 2 “ And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”. Paul is saying we need to come to a place of a broken heart and a constrict spirit as which stated in the book of Chronicle. Then and only then by having a broken and constrict heart God will be able to change your life forever-making you a world changer impacting those future generation by pouring new fresh wine into their young and ready wineskin that they too may expand the vineyard for the ‘Elohim, the creator of all. Yes, my friends I do whole heartily believe that if a person would therefore, reach that place who God has called them to be then they too will say, becoming a son, or daughter God is the most dramatic change you could ever undergo: a supernatural renovation of your fallen human nature. When you become a Christian, you begin a life long process that will transform you down to the very core of your being. Be prepared to be stretched, for that is exactly what the “new wine” of the gospel will do to you when Christ comes into your life turning that mundane water into the best tasting water you have ever tasted In spite of your religious position this point in your life you too like the great evangelist, Charles Grandison Finny, former lawyer who had been transform the infallible words of the BOOK, the living word of the Almighty God. Mr. Finny once wrote, My parents were neither of them professors of religion, and, I believe, among our neighbors there were very few religious people. I seldom heard a sermon, unless it was an occasional one from some traveling minister, or some miserable holding forth of an ignorant preacher who would sometimes be found in that country. I recollect very well that the ignorance of the preachers that I heard was such, that the people would return from meeting and spend a considerable time in irrepressible laughter at the strange mistakes which had been made and the absurdities which had been advanced.. right at this point I believe without a shadow of a doubt that God sick a tired of bad theology and therefore, putting in Mr. Finny’s His own disgust for what He would accomplish in this mans life through the power of the Gospel. it is also documented that in the autumn of 1821. “At age twenty-nine, a student of the law in ....Adams.., ..New York...., Finney was saved. One Wednesday morning Charles Finney woke up a questioning and sometimes scornful observer of the religious life around him. The following day, when asked by a client if he were ready to try the case scheduled for that day, Finney was able to reply, I have a retainer from the Lord Jesus Christ to plead his cause, I cannot plead yours. (Memoirs, 24) As you can see that God has now accomplish that wish He has planed for this avenge Lawyer, who did not stand the sight of anything that was mediocre.
