SCOPE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT: 3.1 Recruitment & Supply Functions Conduct Interview & Selection Process according to clients specified requirements Medical Examination in source country Obtain Visa Approval & International Passport Levy Payment and Bank Guarantee Employment Contract preparation & Execution Receive Workers & Attend to Immigration Formalities at Immigration Entry Point Delivery of Workers to Clients / Service Provider’s Hostel Orientation with regards to hostel rules & regulations, work place Post Arrival Medical Check-up (Fomema) Obtain Work Permit / PLKS (Pas Lawatan Kerja Sementara) Provide Replacement Workers for the Unfit / Abscond Workers 3.2 Management & Administration Functions Payroll Administration & Salary Pay-out Hostel Accommodation & Transport Management (CSER requirements) Health, Safety & Welfare of workers (EICC for Electronic Industry only) Medical Attention (24hrs) at Hostel/Workplace Assist Client to maintain Employment Discipline & Employee Grievances via Joint Committee Meeting between Client, Service Provider and Foreign Worker Representative Assist Client with regards to labour and Industrial relations matters Assist Client with regards to Immigration matters include Work Permit Renewals, Levy payment & Medical Examinations 4.
