1.There is an enemy in your life , 2.The enemy is spiritual , 3.The enemy operates from the spiritual realm , 4.The first deception of the enemy is to make you think there is no enemy , 5.The warfare you find yourself in is dangerously aggressive , 6.This warfare is orchestrated by a very determined, very experienced and well organized enemy , and 7.YOU are a target of this well organized enemy! As a believer – you belong to the winning side of this conflict, this war – BUT you must know how to legally engage… The exciting news is that our Lord Jesus Christ overcame the enemy & has given us the ability & right to overcome the enemy. (Col 2:14-15 NIV) “having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross. 15) And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” Both the kingdom of God and that of Satan’s operate in hierarchical order… there are grades of authority. The hierarchy that is mentioned in Colossians1:16,17 (KJV), “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17) And he is before all things, and by him all things consist…” …is different from the Satanic hierarchy in Ephesians 6:12 (KJV), “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Notice that “Rulers of darkness of this age & spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places” is NOT mentioned in the Colossians account. God has angelic thrones with accompanying delegated authority in various capacities – according to their assigned duties. Satan has sought to duplicate this divine order with a rival set-up to carry out his evil plans. And God has “Chief angels” appointed to oversee Nations. One example is Michael the Archangel, he is a Chief Prince –Daniel 10:13 & 21. Whatever you bind or loose on earth, the angels of God are MANDATED to enforce your command in the heavens. Psalm 103:20 (KJV) says, “Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” The keys to the Kingdom related to binding & loosing is the knowledge of all the “DEVICES” of the devil. You cannot gain access to a room without a key – so you cannot be able to bind & loose without knowledge… Ignorance in any area of your life gives the enemy the advantage!
