1 Thess 4:16-18 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are ALIVE & remain shall be caught up together with them IN THE CLOUDS, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1 Cor 15:51-52 Behold, I show you a mystery: We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all (believers) be changed, in a moment, in the TWINKLING of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we (believers) shall be changed. Capitalization & emphasis is mine. This will be a one time, worldwide event. People could be on airplanes & all believers will be taken, including the pilots, if they are saved, in the rapture. Believers may be driving on the roads & expressways and will suddenly be lifted out of their vehicles in the rapture. Just our clothes will be left behind. A mass exodus of Gods people before Armageddon.
