1 Timothy 6: 9-12 But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires which one man into going and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some my longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierce themselves with many a pang. But flee from these things you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love perseverance and gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, take hold of the external life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. Many days, as I sit here, see suffering, and see those who have much, and give little, and I continue to pray to God for Him to provide the way for me to do more. I have no love of money, in fact I hate it, and it is not the means in which I am to continue as it is not money that gives happiness, but God. I serve God with His word, His love, my love and allow God to provide the means to others and if it is His will, give me a way to help, but for me to become unhappy because I cannot give money, I should be happy to give love, to share scripture, and to wait on God to do the work I cannot. But I pray, if you have to give, do so to those in need and be cheerful of what you do, and pray for what you cannot. I ask this dear Lord, in Jesus name.
