1. What are your sleep patterns during the day for your 10-11 month olds? What biscuits / crackers are you giving your 10 month olds and are u breaking up or keeping in one piece? Are small triangle sandwiches ok by this age for finger food? 2. Im due in 7 weeks with my first and wondering what everyone thinks about movement monitors. My ds is 6 days old and he never cries, i am always on top of his feeding and changes etc so he is always fed before he gets to that stage where he has to scream for a bottle. He does cry in the bath sometimes, but he is always so quiet and he also just sleeps all day waking only to feed and then sleeps all night waking only once or twice for a feed My first baby was nothing like this. 6. Just wondering what I should expect from my ob appointments. I have had a 6,8 and 12 week appointment and am going for a 15 week appointment next week but I feel like she doesnt do much. She does a quick scan of bub to see heartbeat and asks how I am feeling and then its done. I feel like she should be asking more questions and doing more. Am I expecting too much this early? 7. A friend said because her husband is FIFO she has a date she is going to be induced and has a day already booked in to ensure her partner is there, my husband is also FIFO, but I had not thought of this, my biggest fear is being alone and my partner not being here, we havent been in Aus long and I dont really know many ppl, none I would feel comfortable with at the birth of our first baby, is it ok to ask to arrange a date and be induced? I feel a bit selfish arranging a date to have baby, but dont want to do it alone especially with our first, my husband needs to work for financial reasons so taking leave is not really an option he is using all his AL for after she arrives, will doctors agree to induce me?
