1. Willfully and enthusiastically confront any fear. 2. Become strong. 3. Help other people even when you can barely help yourself. 4. Know yourself and those around you. 5. ONLY allow your OWN will to dictate what emotion YOU feel. 6. Always have goals, and be working to obtain them. 7. Speak softly, but carry a BIG stick. 8. Do what YOU want. 9. Stand for what you think is right even when you keep falling. 10. Be yourself. 11. Maintain relationships with those who are important and try to mend those broken. 12. Be willing to challenge yourself and those around you. 13. Diversify your interest. 14. Try and not lose yourself during the process. 15. Stay focused. The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on the old, but to build the new. So I wake to these 15 everyday and try and live by them
