1) Write down an essay about the ways you keep fit. What have you been doing to stay healthy and protect yourself from the substantial, environmental and social elements ? Health care prevent diseases, injection, illness from polluted environment, I always do exercises everyday. On rainy days, I can’t go outside , so the best idea is to do bodybuiding in my house with some equitment for practicing that I bought . To buy them, I saved a lot of money 3 months ago and I’ve been working for coffeeshop in district 1 with low salary ( 12.000VND per hour ). Accordingly, I practice ( one hour/a day ) and eat so much , but can’t keep any strong equitments than my quality, realize that my body so weakness and need to update it become a new level power. Unfortunately, I must exchange a new sport which is suitable for me in order to increase easily my weight that I could be in good shape Lol. On the others way, for some people who don’t have much money , whatever they can breath deeply as much as possible you can , take air into your lung and get out of your mouth with any step same with YOGA steps. However, no matter how you did hard , I think we have to must eat fully natural substantial, vitamins, cholesterol, fishes , meat but expected red-meat like beef has much fat isn’t good , vegetables…. …. . Therefore, providing and doing exercise is best way to keep fit to be strong as a horse, able-bodied, especially avoid being stress, considerated makes us doesn’t feel better, happy , not be moody, frustrated or give up all of habits that you’are going to do everyday. For lazy people, need to be diet with less meat and extra vegtables, make their mind feel better, happy , not be moody, keep trying to do exercise more and more. To be sure when you go outside, must prepare to protection clothes such as : glass , glove, hat …. to keep warm for you body and give away smokes,dustes from factories, energy center, highly and gradually improving underway of developed countries.
