🌟👊 1 Year Transformation 👊🌟 As promised.. #TransformationTuesday This is VERY far out of my comfort zone to post this picture but my goal is to show that you can change your life! You CAN feel healthy and happy. I want to help and inspire people to work and chase their dreams too! My Journey; ❤️ I hated my body for as long as I can remember. Once I started middle school and image was a big deal I treaded going there everyday because I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin and always compared myself to skinny friends.. My mom recently showed me a letter I had written to her saying I wish I had nice clothes to wear and was pretty and skinny like all the other girls I had zero confidence. But, in my head I was just a big girl and thats how it was.. 😢 Therefore I feel I developed kind of a introverted personality. After graduation, it was out to the big scary real world. My first job was a housekeeper at a hotel and it was VERY physical, I lost a little weight but I ate junk and fast food everyday and you cant workout a bad diet. My need to eat crap always seemed to take over my desire to be thin. Ive had 2 different personal trainers and still couldnt win.. So I moved to Grande Prairie, 2 hrs from my hometown where I met my now handsome Fiancé, Jordan. We loved being together.. Specially with food. LOL. 💜 We grew very comfortable with each other and let our selfs go, I was at my heaviest and unhappiest Dec 2013 at 265lbs. It got to a point where it was effecting MORE than just me.. It was coming between me and Jordan, I didnt believe him when he called me beautiful everyday and just felt as my Fiancé he was obligated to say those things. I didnt want to go to outings with family and friends. I just wanted to hide at home! I tried everything.. pills, juicing, diets, eat less, move(rarely) more. I basically wanted a healthy body but didnt want to put in any of the work. Jan 1, 2014 I made a New Years Resolution to get fit and healthy! Cliche, I know. But I just knew this was my time! My goals was to lose 100lbs in 2014, although I didnt reach that goal I was really close. I kept seeing this beautiful, strong woman Amanda Norder (Strength and Beauty Nation - Amanda Norder) pop up on my fb feed inspiring and motivating people to gain control of their lifes and I had to talk to her! She then introduced me to Beachbody, found me the perfect at home fitness program, nutrition guide, Shakeology and put me in a 90 Day Challenge Group. I stayed comited and focusd and lost -30lbs, -30inches. I was basically hooked from there. 😍 I decided to become a Beachbody Coach because I want to help others feel the exact same way I felt on Day 90, the sense of accomplishment, achievement and knowing that if I did that.. I can do anything I put my mind to! I have lost -50 more pounds since then and gained a confidence and smile I never knew existed! Im also learning to come out of my shell and to live life to the fullest! My journey may have started as a quest to be skinny but I have gained so much more then I have lost.
