1 day to go ..... I dont have a voice in court to help my family, so far they cant help themselves there, as the judge wont allow them to, so this is my only way of speaking, of helping them, so please read and share. If there are any media that can help us. Please do. Come and speak to my dad he will talk you through it all and youll see the criminality for yourself. Please know that their little statement they put out to the Nottingham Evening post is total lies. No proper procedure was followed....we have the evidence to show that, that is the case, and thats their paperwork is infact fraudulent and incorrect in more ways than one . AGAIN WE CAN PROVE ALL OF THIS. Another reason this is so awful, is that how can a judgment be made when none of our evidence would be looked at. The judge at the Nottingham county court flatly refused to look at it, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. When my Dad tried to get it moved to the high court...the same judge said their was no merit in the case. All without looking at our paperwork. refusing repeatedly. Ask yourself why....why dont they want us to go to the high court?? IF THIS WAS ALL ABOVE BOARD WHY NOT? With the power of his mind ( the judge) he could see our evidence could he?..... No he couldnt. This (past conveyancing...funny that eh?) judge was covering up for the bank, assisting them and protecting them. Remember Bradford and Bingley have for years and in court refused to provide us their paperwork to prove what they are saying. WHY??? ..You and I both know the answer to this, any fool can figure that out. The judge is a Criminal, who is aiding banks in land grabbing and theft. No proper procedure has ever been followed with our case. HOW IS THAT JUSTICE ?? When we asked the court clerk what evidence Bradford and Bingley submitted, he tells us there is none. b&b didnt have to supply any.... seriously you couldnt make it up! Its null and void from the start. Its fraud on a gigantic scale. How many others out their out there like us? Now if.....IF a warrant happens to turn up and it is signed and sealed and they do succeed in getting my family out of their home. and the police help them, then more fool the idiot that signed it and those not thinking for themselves and following orders. Just know We are coming for you. You better believe that every single person involved in this debacle will be answering to this in one way or another for their crimes. All it was going to take was a simple. Were sorry. We made a mistake. On one of our first hearings, in the very very early days, that got thrown out by the judge. Bradford and Bingleys own barrister from London, offered to give us their file to look through to see if anything could help us....I mean seriously. What the on earth!?...again ask yourself why she did that?? Because from the top down. They know what they are doing is wrong, and unlawful. They are terrorists. Its that simple. Nottinghamshire police. We are the public. You are there to protect us, Innocent people. Not massive corporations, NOT the bank. PLEASE protect us. We are just like you. we are you and you are us as is your family and your friends. Crimes Numerous crimes have been committed. You have to help us. You have to listen. YOU HAVE TO INVESTIGATE.......We still believe in you. We will not be stopped or speaking out. We wont stay quite.It isnt just for us, its for you. Police YOU NEED TO INVESTIGATE. ASK THE BANK TO PRODUCE THE PAPERWORK TO PROVE WHAT THEY SAY, media, you do the same. They refuse to give it to us. Can you get it? If this can happen to us it can happen to you. Remember that.
