1) great class last night everybody. 2) i hate breakfast food. i mean, there are breakfast items i enjoy. bacon. things with bacon on them. but i just hate to be confined to...its 9 a.m. you have to eat breakfast. i aint about that life. luckily for me that the gf, SupposiTori, lives beside a Steak and Shake. At 7:30 a.m., leaving her place i can grab a nacho hamburger. but it feels like im cheating. like ive found a loophole in a well balanced diet. 3) theres a g.i. joe from brownsville texas. now, i dont know what brownsville was like in the 80s. but i know what its like now. and if thats any indication, it just seems like a poor origin choice for an african american soldier code named iceberg. im just saying. 4) tonight, im going to go see the new tmnt movie. im terrified. the reverence that is normally held for star wars, star trek, and movies of the like...is how i feel about batman, horror movies, and most definitely turtles. now, heres the deal, i accept change. the sign of a good concept is adaptability. and i recognize the movies, the cartoon series, the games, the comics, they are all a million miles apart from each other in interpretation. so, thought it bothered me at first....i have no issue with the filmmakers parting from the source material. the reviews are all bad. like really bad. most critics are comparing it to Catwoman. most critics are giving it 13. out of 100. at best, people are saying its okay. but ill hold out hope for something to surprise me and wow me. i thought days of future past looked like shite, but it surprised me. it stunned me. maybe this movie will do the same...ill let you know. ...cowabunga?....
