1 in 5 children in Redbridge are growing up in poverty, which rises to almost 1 in 3 when you take housing costs into account. This borough, and this constituency, is often characterised as affluent, but we know that there are significant pockets of poverty and deprivation. Were looking at what we can do to help as a Council.
