1 min Real Story of Tara Bagang, Husband of MLA Karya Bagang. No offence pls, This is widely circulated verbal story as I heard from people of Seppa & Tajo Side: Story -1 : A group of students came to MLA Karya Bagang for donation. Madam Ji donated Rs 5000 to students. While giving, Tara Bagang took that money for recounting. After counting, he took Rs 3000 as commission for Chai-Pani and gave Rs 2000 only to students. Students were unhappy with Tara Bagang. Story -2 : Tara Bagang used to eat Tamaal-Pan at Seppa. One day he eat a Tamaal-Pan at Small shop(Gunti) at Seppa Town. cost of Pan was Rs 1 only. He was having available coin or note of Rs 1, 2 , 5 and 10 but he intentionally gave Rs 1000 Note shopkeeper. Shopkeeper could not make change out of 1000 Note. So he eat free of cost and went away. Shoopkeer said, Very con-just man I have ever seen. Story -3 : A ambulance was sanctioned for Chayangtajo Health Centre under BADP schemes. Tara Bagang was using ambulance for personal works. He handed over to ADC Tajo when some ANYA youths exposed and lodged complaint before the chief Secretary regarding the missing of Ambulance. He immediately agreed to refund after many people died in Tajo areas. Story 4: He directed MLA Madam Karya to use her MLALAD fund in Myopin-Phassang side for porter track and Rangbang Plantation(Tassa or Tachey). Due to that MLA Madam Karya never place her MLALAD schemes in SAWA, PIPU and GYAWEPURANG Circle. Story 5: Tara Bagang took commission 80% regarding SPA scheme at Jote Cheda to Flago Village of Pipu Circle Porter Track. Rs 1 crore was sanctioned for porter Tract. He took around Rs 80 Lakhs as commission. So far he broke world record of taking commission or percentage. story 6: Rs 50 Lakhs was sanctioned to Pachi Point near Pachi Bridge under Pipu Circle for changing of alignment of road becuz many people died due to wrong alignment. he took 70 % commission without at proper work. Still public are suffering in this particular area. So far many people died. Story : 7. He never allot Madam Karya Bagang to visit Pipu,SAWA and Gyawepurang circle. He restricted her lot and sometimes beated her severely. hence, Madam ji never visited these three circles till today. Her 5 year tenure has gone. Public invited her many a times but her husband never allot. He thought that public will demand road, electricity and other schemes from Madam ji. Story 8. Mostly times Tara Bagang sleeps on Sofa Chair and when public comes for urgent matter he used to interfere the discussion with Madam Karya. When public asked for some help, he started acting as sleeping. Public walked away due to bore and unconfort etc . Story 9. Madam Karya is so confused and helpless becuz her husband Tara Bagang is planning to take money from LK Yangfo, Jabring Venia and welwishers to normalised campaign. He is planning to take huge money from Nabam Tuki to make huge profits. so he yet not expending any money for election. It is a big proof. He is planning to loss election at huge profits. Story 10. He is now purchasing lots of land right from Chayang Tajo to Seppa, Seppa to Balukhpung and Holangi to Banderdewa and Also at various colonies. Story 11. Heard that a lady was hanged herself inside bed room of Tara Bagang at MLA cottage Itanagar but matter was kept mum. Media did nt carry out details of an incidents. Story 12. As 2009 assembly election, public were doing do & die support for madam Karya but he was trying to take Rs 2 crore from Kameng Dolo not to contest. Dear Frens, What I justify is that Madam Karya wud have been uncontested or unopposed if Tara Bagang plays positive roles. Public Love madam but hate Tara. whay you guys says ? pls add his real story for wide circulations and publications.
