1 month no cardio,i nid 2 lose all my belly fat & watch wat i eat.Thank God for @goldsgymphilippines #GoldsgymCentris ,flexin like a fooh! haha.I give myself till december to let those abs come out.They are shy & hiding behind that mass amount of love handles.I dont do Diets, consuming & feeding ur body wid proper nutrition is the key.You r wat u eat so learn 2 eat properly,do research. I consume about 5 meals a day,it used to be 10 meals,but im not tryna bulk up.my Goal is to be buff & ripped,1 step at a time.
