1 year ago- thanks to fitness&facebook i crossed cyber paths with the beautiful and inspiring Team Lily - Eat Clean/Train Dirty. Weight Loss, Motivation & Fitness from IRELAND!!! We have became great friends, fit sisters and daily motivation and inspiration for one another. This week Lily and her sister, Helen, from AUSTRALIA are in Dallas- Fort Worth visiting and last night they joined us to celebrate my sisters birthday. It was absolutely amazing getting to finally meet my Irish Australian Beauty and her gorgeous sister! It felt like we were long lost besties- I have to say that we are def. two peas in a pod!!
