1 year ago today I had to call 911 for Nichole. She had 1of the most rarest and severe strokes. Only 3% survival rate. The Drs. at Brandon hospital pretty much told us to start planning for her death. 5 days later a specialist flew in, moved her to Florida hospital where they were able to run tests, diagnose, and begin treatment. It was a long, scary and hard 4 months of treatment and physical therapy. Thanks to great doctors, nurses, friends, family, and a few churches we got through it all. Although Nichole has to use a cane, we are grateful she is alive and able to walk. I pray every night for all the people who helped, from hospital staff to friends and family. Thank you all for the support! I love you all. Losing Nichole would have destroyed me and Im grateful God gave her another chance. God is good.
