10/01/15 Lukashenko, looking back on Crimea scenary and situation in Ukraine had signed amendment to the law About martial law since13/01/15, where martial law can be announced in case of occurance of greenmen, hybride type of war, the concentration of the armed forces of another State (s) along the state border of Belarus etc. On the other hand - threating to any member of Collective Security Treaty Organization (Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan) should be viwed as threating to RB. Where is logics? There is only one country, which can be a threat to the world peace and it is Nr 1 in these brackets of Collective Security Treaty Organization...
