10/02/14, I took the oath of allegiance at a naturalization ceremony in New York City. This day marks a very special milestone in my life and to my family. I have made huge personal sacrifices in leaving one life behind for starting a new life but coming here at The United States means hopes and dreams so now I have to work to reach them . My strengths and my inspirations will enrich my actions as citizen of this country . I am now part of a great nation and I have a big responsibility to get a better life -- not just for myself but for my daughter, grandchildren, and future generations theyre going to keep on coming. Thanks to my husband, my daughter for supporting me and allowing me to take this decision. I am very proud of my mom, of my family , my friends and my native country Paraguay because I come from there and I promise them I will not disappoint them so help me GOD
