10/21/2013 todays deposit: Isaiah 55:9 (KJV) As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. God is good! Even when we cant see what He is up to ... we have confidence in knowing that it is good. This morning I woke up with the feeling of stillness. A feeling of quiet calm. I began to inquire of the Lord but nothing came of it. I took a shower, because many times this is the place that He speaks to me, but I heard nothing. Have you ever been in that place? Well, if you havent - keep walking with Him and you will. However, what I have learned in these times is that now your trust mechanism has to kick into high gear. These are the times you have to go back to the last thing(s) He said to you, and hold on tight to them. The enemy will try to come in and tell you that God has changed His mind, and He no longer has you in His plan - But this is so far from the truth. Now is the time you have to guard your mind. Continue in His word, and prayer. Continue to declare that God is for you, and that He has a plan for your life that is good and not evil. Remind yourself that His ways are much higher than our ways, and that He is forever working on our behalf. Today, take heart in knowing that Its Alright. Walk in the peace of knowing that He may not be saying much right now, but His silence does not mean Hes absent. Have a GREAT day!
