The breakdown of covers goes as follows: Good Times (sam cooke) What Goes On (velvet underground) Aunties Municipal Court (the monkees) Across The Universe (the beatles) See No Evil (television) Jerk It Out (the caesars) Lost River Band (hellsingland underground) Hungry Like The Wolf (duran duran) The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway (genesis) Lover Of The Bayou (the byrds) Cold Cold Hearts (the launderettes) Teenage Kicks (the undertones) Suzy Greenberg (phish) The second set featured seven brand new songs, most of which will make up the bulk of my inevitable next album. Depending on the quality of the recording, this might be released on the sooner side. The rest of the originals were basically my standard go-to songs. Old Bones was played in a slow arrangement that was conjured up on the spot. The crowd was pretty sparse tonight but they were loud, drunk, and rowdy. Of course the Duran Duran cover was the big hit of the night. I kind of saw that one coming. Across The Universe was played for Sebastian, the three year old fan who was the only one who came in costume. I am very tired despite not having a drop to drink. Now to bed.
