10/27/13 Sunday/ LORDS Day/Church day/ Cold Fall day- 46-55 degrees F/OFF Duty/Yesterday was an emotional day , anxious about something but able to deal with it by doing Mindfulness: praying,deep breathing exercises, listening to relaxing music, slept for 3-4 hrs. In the morning, went shopping for smaller sizes clothes from 14 to 8(small- medium )& black boots, & communicating thru Facebook then felt better with relief in the afternoon then slept for another 3 hrs.& @ 2300 reported to work till 0700/ BV today Romans 2:10 There will be glory & honor & peace from GOD for all who do good.LORD, Often I want others to respect me, so I emphasize my accomplishments . Still , I know that reflecting your Love through faithful service is more admirable quality. Open my eyes so that I may see others from your perspective, LORD. Soften my heart so I can love them as you do. And if others admire me ,may it be because of your work on me.Almighty & Heavenly Father thank you for all the Blessings big & small that you pour out on us each day, thank you for giving me strength & good health for dealing with everyday life struggles, continue to heal & give comfort & strength to Ava & to her parents , keep us safe & sound, give us peace, love & joy, in Jesus name we pray .
